Description – work package no. 1

Desk research, analysis and designing structure and content – Meeting place – Iceland, November 2006

  • Work package Leader: P1- coordinator – IÐAN fræðslusetur(IS) 

Aim: To research, analyse and design structure and content so that the partners can evaluate each others situation and find common ground to respond to the need in hand with reference to domestic and national conditions.

Tasks:

T.1.1 Research analysis

Each country presents polices and standards for work place training with supporting documents. Benchmarking – share curriculums and information on workplace training, criteria’s for workplace training and implementation of the training. How do the findings fit our project – SWOT

 

T.1.2 Project design

Create an overview on content as well as confirming partner’s responsibilities for leadership at different points during the process. What is our project identity and logo?

 

T.1.3 Point of countries interest

Points of interest, each country presents their point of interest and what they feel they can especially contribute to the project

 

T.1.4 Subcontracting

Subcontracting: translation of necessary documents

 

T. 1.5 Technology

Availability of technology has to be established, experience level, new software if needed, desired form of presentation, immediate and frequent need for information, expected life of project information, web page/how and where? Subcontracting

 

T 1.6 Needs in relation to the project

Compare findings based on T.1.1 and how the findings can be implemented on both domestic and international venue.

All partners work jointly on an agreed design as well as subcontracting for translation of necessary documents

 

Work package leader

The work package leader is responsible for initiating, monitoring and managing the process, milestones and deliverables.

To ensure a continues flow the next leaders (P2/P5) must prepare them self

Detailed project plan with an organisation chart will be designed for the tasks in hand. As well as a platform for communication. All subcontracting must be confirmed by coordinator
